وزارة الزراعة : إقرار تعديل مشروع قانون (24)المتعلق بتوزيع الاراضي والقروض للمتفرغين الزراعيين

أعلنت وزارة الزراعة ومن خلال دائرة الاراضي الزراعية الانتهاء من تعديل واقرار مشروع قانون (٢٤) لسنة ٢٠١٣ الخاص بالمتفرغين الزراعيين وخريجي الثانويات والمعاهد وكليات الزراعة في بغداد والمحافظات.

وأكد مدير عام دائرة الاراضي الزراعية السيد محمد كريم ان القانون صدر من هيئة الرأي في الوزارة بعد اجراء التعديلات عليه في مجلس شورى الدولة وأحيل الى مجلس النواب للموافقة عليه، مبينا ان هذا القانون يعتبر افضل تشريع يسن لخريجي المعاهد والثانويات الزراعية وكليات الزراعة والطب البيطري حيث سيشمل اكثر من (٢٠٠) الف زراعي.  

موضحا ان مميزات هذا القانون تتضمن عدم حاجة المتفرغ الزراعي الى الوظيفة نتيجة احتساب مدة التفرغ من تاريخ تسلمه قطعة الارض الزراعية وبدون مزايدة مقارنة بالسنوات السابقة فضلا عن عدم دفع اي بدل مالي لذلك، مشيرا الى ان هذا المشروع يعد افضل مشروع قانون يسهم في امتصاص البطالة لدى الزراعيين وزيادة الإنتاج المحلي ودعم العملية الزراعية في العراق، اضافة الى رفد الريف بالعقول الزراعية والكفاءات العلمية.

داعيا الخريجين الزراعيين الى زراعة هذه الاراضي واستثمارها باعتبارهم متعينيين بالوظيفة من تاريخ استلامهم للأرض، بناءً على امر مجلس الوزراء الموقر بتوفير الاراضي الشاغرة وبدون مزايدة.

Ministry of Agriculture: Approval of the draft law (24) amendment on the distribution of land and loans for agricultural full-time

The Ministry of Agriculture announced through the Agricultural Lands Department completed the amendment and approval of the draft law (24) for the year 2013 on full-time agricultural graduates and high school graduates, institutes and colleges of agriculture in Baghdad and the provinces

The  General Director of the Agricultural Lands Department, Mr. Mohammed Karim that the law was issued by the opinion board in the Ministry after the amendments in the State Council and was referred to the Representatives House for approval, indicating that this law is the best legislation enacted for graduates of agricultural institutes and high schools and faculties of agriculture and veterinary medicine, where it will include More than (200) thousand agricultural graduate

He explained that the advantages of this law include the lack of full-time agricultural job as a result of calculating the full-time from the date of receiving the piece of agricultural land and without bidding compared to previous years, in addition to not paying any financial allowance for this, pointing out that this project is the best draft contributes to the absorption of unemployment Increasing the local production and supporting the agricultural process in Iraq, in addition to supplying the countryside with agricultural minds and scientific competencies

He called on the agricultural graduates to cultivate these lands and invest them as appointees to the job from the date of receiving the land, based on the order of the  Ministers Council to provide vacant land without bidding
